Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Return Window: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Acceptable Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

We Do Not Provide Return Labels: The customer is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label and costs for all returns, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must email us and follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Please send an email to support@dcorehome.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Confirmation: We will review your request and reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the detailed return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to the return address provided in the confirmation email.

⚠️ Important Note: Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds and Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2 business days.
  • Processing: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: You should receive the refund amount within 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank or payment processor.
